Mobile Terms of Service

The TRIUNE Medical and Legal Alert (TRIUNE) are owned and operated by Family Health Services LLC. TRIUNE uses SMS messaging to ensure emergency notice is provided to family, friends, and trust professionals. This provision highlights key elements you should understand when subscribing to TRIUNE.

  1. When you subscribe to TRIUNE Medical Alert, and provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Family Health Services.

  2. When you provide the phone number of an authorized contact, you agree to Family Health Services sending them a welcome SMS message telling them you’ve added them to your Authorized List. This includes instructions to Opt-in or Opt-out of future messages.

  3. In all instances, you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

  6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages for initial subscription, and as part of our on-going communication in support of your inquiries and to enhance products and drive forward client-team relations.

  7. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
